Terms and Conditions of Rental Service

1. Rental Agreement: By renting party decor and equipment from Nourishing Events, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Delivery and Pickup: Nourishing Events will deliver the rented items to the agreed-upon location at the scheduled delivery time and will pick up the items at the end of the rental period. The customer is responsible for setting up and dismantling the rented items in a safe and proper manner.

3. Rental Period: The rental period is agreed upon at the time of booking and specified in the rental confirmation. Extensions must be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Fees and Payments: Rental fees are due in full at the time of booking. A valid credit card must be kept on file for incidental charges.

5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 days in advance of the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than 12 days before the event date may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.

6. Damage and Loss: The customer is responsible for the care of the rented items from the time of delivery until pickup. Any lost, damaged, or destroyed items will be charged to the customer at full replacement cost.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance: Rented items should be used in a manner that prevents excessive wear and tear. Nourishing Events will clean and maintain the items before each rental. The customer should not attempt to clean, repair, or alter the rented items.

8. Liability: Nourishing Events is not responsible for any injuries or damage that may occur from the use of the rented items. The customer assumes all risks associated with the use and setup of the rented items.

9. Disputes: Any disputes arising from this rental agreement will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Nourishing Events is located.

10. Agreement Modification: No modification of this agreement will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.
